Hello everyone,
Welcome to another week of our lives. We just came out of the Thanksgiving holiday and so much energy of love, family, acceptance and fun came onto the planet.
Today, Sunday, could cause you to feel a little deflated as though a bubble burst. It is okay, just know there is a lot to absorb from the giving, receiving and love that just happened. Let it be what it is and just quiet yourself if you need to, in the next couple of days.
Relish what was and what is to come. Yes, more of that is on its way.
Monday:
This could be a day of feeling empty or less than.

This is a day where many people go back to work, sometimes this is a place that is not n to necessarily our hearts' desire. This can leave us feeling less than or empty as though we were trudging through life on a treadmill. Going through the motion.
Our times is changing whether we believe it or not. The change has happened within, so whether or not you feel it, it is here.
This change could cause us to feel less than because our life does not work the way it use to. We use to be able to force things for change. Make things happen and now that is not so.
To feel less than today is okay. Know that you are not less than but that your ways of "always" working are no longer working for us.
This is the change you need to step into.
We are in a time and space where it is being done for us and we are not use to this. It is time to get out of our own way and ALLOW.
Sometimes that can be just following the stars, being in stillness and just absorbing all that is around you.
It is a time of great change, great shifting and we have DONE it. Now let's find a way to enjoy this place and not feel like we must still DO anything.

Tuesday:
A lovely and wonderful day as we will reconnect to ourselves, friends and family. That could even mean co-workers.
Include yourself into learning something new today, listening longer than normal, or practice more kindness today.
This practice will help you to get through the rest of the week. It is a slower, non-productive week in anything outside of your normal routine or day.
Try and add something creative to ease the feeling of mundaneness if you need to.
Read a new book, try out a new recipe, sew a new skirt, crochet a new scarf or walk on a new path, one that you don't normally walk or bike.
Change things up in a little way to make a huge difference.
The energy this week will be a bit slower than normal but it is gearing up for a bang at the end of December. It is like the end of a rubber band slowly being drawn back and taunt. Kind of like a sling shot. Guess who is sitting in the cradle of this sling shot?
Yep, you.

Wednesday:
We are all a swirl of colors but we are all one. The vast universe is a sample of us. So many colors and shapes but it is all ONE.
Today you may get agitated and aggrevated on how you see your life, but please know that your life is perfectly where it is suppose to be.
You are a part of the whole and add your color to the vastness that we each are.
I know this sounds like a ZZZZzzzzen thing, and it is, but it is true.
I myself get tired of these spiritual sayings. I think they have been used as a cop-out.
From those that don't know what else to say or those who tire of the ever changing world and energy, which sometimes does not have answers, YET.
So let me say it another way.
You are great. The world is great. You are greatly needed because you are still here, but don't get in your own way and stop the flow of your greatness or the greatness that is happening without you having to do anything.
This is the NEW thing we need to do. NOTHING. You have already done it, so enjoy it.

Thursday:
Ahhhhh, I say. This is a day where we may want to just howl out loud. Howl things off of us. We may feel stuck, that we are not making a large enough impact in the world, we are not being heard, we are not speaking loud enough, so maybe if we could just howl and it would change or at least it would calm our nervous systems down.
There is a lot of energy building on the planet and you could feel it in many ways.
Not sleeping as soundly as you normally would.
Not as hungry or loss of appetite.
Eating more than usual. Overeating and binging or purging.
Drinking more than usual.
Much more tense than usual and apt to start a fight for no particular reason.
Argue about frivolous things.
These are always are bodies could react. I would suggest to work the energy off by walking longer, going to the gym a little more, taking a longer bath with essential oils, calming yourself and particularly your mind. Our mind is needing to make sense of what is going on. The why, why, and how is minutiae and the mind "thinks" it needs to know and if the mind does not get answers, it has been known to blow or howl in frustration.
This is the old way. The new way is to tell your mind and body, you are safe, you are loved and you are the greatness that directs this boat, not them. (Mind or body)
These are great places to practice who masters YOU.
You have a great need for your mind and body to come along on this journey, but they do not drive the bus. Period!!

Friday:
If you have practiced what was given on Tuesday, this Friday is your FUN day.
There is a great divide that is here, many are just beginning to see it as the reflections of very distinct reactions in people.
Be clear, you are in one or the other, the middle (on the fence) is no longer here.
So, if you practiced, today is a fun day to enjoy the fruits of your practice. If not, you may see a bit of madness in others around you and want to blame them for why the world is "wrong" or for why you don't feel good and can't be happy.
In reality, neither place is wrong or right, it is just a choice but with a choice comes consequences. Consequences of energetic abodes.
Where do you choose to be? If you have brought an awareness or consciousness into your life, you will be held to that standard today. That accountability. Things will show up in your life in that caliber.
So know your choice and stay there or change it. You still have time.

Friday:
We are not at the end of a work week or the beginning of the weekend. This place can release you into more freedom, of course.
As you begin your weekend, bring in more culture, colors, questions and fears. Yes I said more fears.
When you bring in or embrace your fears, you allow change.
Fear is our limited way of seeing ourselves.
As you bring in "MORE" today, see what absolutely scares the hell out of you. This is going to trickle into Saturday as well.
If something scares you, also know this is your power.
Step into it, embrace it and say hello. You created it for your highest good. Why not take advantage of this great gift. It is part of you.
Fear is like a great and longtime friend saying, "ok, I see you need some help, so let me."
Fear is a force that can open all doors and clarity then shines through.
The thing about FEAR that everyone is fearful of, is seeing and feeling it.
If you keep walking into it, IT HAS TO DISSAPATE.
It can not exist in the same space as courage.
The two don't get along.

Saturday:
A day to observe would be best way to go through today.
Observe what is fun and enjoyable. Observe what you judge about yourself and don't do that thing that triggers judgement.
Do something different.
Today is a great day to relax under the stars, camp out or sit under the moon and don't allow your mind to trigger your body in past lives or emotions.
They truly don't exist anymore, you are not in the past, you are present.
The more you move into "the void" or "spaciousness" the more the mind will try and lock you into believing that this is bad and something to be scared of.
WHY?
Because it is a way of letting go and being still and your mind does not exist there, it does not master this domain so it feels lost and out of control.
This is where you create a peaceful life, loving relationships and build a stronger you.
If you can treat today like a vacation and do things that are fun where you can laugh and be like a child, is perfect to balance this angst your mind may feel.
We have to let our body and mind know, yes, we are taking you along on this journey, but again, you do not drive the bus. I DO.
If you feel something needs to be settled or accomplished today in the way of documents, paperwork, work, higher learning or personal improvements, you are supported in those choices today. But you could do these things by yourself, you will not have the support of others in this choice. So know it is right for you and stay on the course.

Sunday:
Ok, here we are, full circle.
You could feel less than but one thing you will feel is "small".
When you feel small though, remember, it is because you could be feeling or seeing something that is so huge and grand outside of ourselves.
Maybe this could be the LOVE you see in your beloveds eyes when they look at you.
Maybe this could be in the actions you see as a friend is helping you with something.
Maybe this could be in a strangers smile.
Maybe this could be the glow you see in your reflection.
Do not let this "small" be a smaller feeling but a grander knowing.
As we move into the month of December you will see things on a grander scale.
If you have always see hate or ugliness, you will see it on a grander scale.
If you see love and kindness and give that back, you will see this on a much grander scale.
Who and what you are, will amply, 10 fold.
So how have you chosen to see the world around you? Is it small or are you small?
I am seeing a common thread that is starting to come up that spirit wants to relay.
In these conversations as I share "Simply Talking" spirit will be stepping things up into a larger view or a bigger way of being. There will only be two ways that this will affect you.
You will respond in negativity or ugliness or you will see the bigger picture of love that is happening.
Understand, you can see yourself very clearly. You can clearly know the choice you are making.
What words do you use when talking about others who could irritate you?
How are you thinking about them in your head, your private self?
This is the truth of how you feel about yourself? Did you get that dear one?
How you think is all about how you feel about yourself.
