• To heal ourselves we must look inside. Find that beauty that resides inside and let it expand.
• When we choose to see the experience we are in, we can change our view to something new and different.
• If we live in fear of the world we can never see the love inside of ourselves. We must have that gift inside to give it to anyone or anything.
• We can nurture that beauty that is in each of us and grow to the grand and bolder part of ourselves.
• In each and every person the desire to be better and brighter than we ever thought we could be, so let's not fear this part of ourselves.

• Through TV, YouTube and my web shows, I am using my true voice to speak up for the healing of myself and others.
• I invite you to share your experiences, your stories, your life and maybe, just maybe, with your help we will build a community of inspiring conversations and collective healing.
• It is time to stand up and use our authentic voices to explore the entire human emotional spectrum.

I was raised in the Virgin Islands as a young girl and this has left a passion inside of my soul for solitude, space and stillness. I am in love with nature.

I work hard but love to interweave a whole lot of fun into my days in any way that I can.

I am a naturally passionate person in how I live my life, how I meditate and how I love.

I have been a counselor since 2009 and I love to work with people in helping them to better their life and relationships. In my counseling practice I have learned that we as humans are in our best when we laugh louder, cry harder and dance more often in life.

My Independence is so important to me as I have launched into video and film work. I love to see the world through a camera lens as I believe this allows for another dimension of creation. As I film and interview others in my immediate community, I combine my understanding of human nature from my counseling, into the vein of these interviews and bring an awareness and curiosity.

I am independent in the way I choose to approach the world as I see it and combine this with the camera lens and a whole lot of curiosity to bring the best out in everyone.
